Payment
Secure your booking with £25
Pay a £25 deposit or pay in full. The final total is based on the items we actually collect, so a changed item count can be settled fairly afterward.

Direct room collection
Tell us in your booking notes if you need help directly from your room. We will confirm what is practical.
Direct room return
Room return is available by arrangement. Standard return is to the ground floor.
Pricing questions
How is the price worked out?
Multiply each item by its weekly rate and the number of storage weeks. The storage subtotal is then subject to the £150 minimum order.
Do I need to know my exact item count?
No. Book with your best estimate. We confirm what is actually collected and adjust the total if needed.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. You can secure your booking with a £25 deposit, or pay in full when you book.
How does the Unilife discount work?
Eligible Unilife residents receive 10% off automatically when their collection address is confirmed during booking. No shared discount code is needed.
